Here at Feelathomebarcelona, as our name suggests, we want you to feel at home while you are in Barcelona. We have an excellent range of properties available in the city to make this possible. These apartments have been designed for short, medium and long stays. They are normally used for tourism, business or relocation purposes... You can rent them for a number of days, weeks, months or years.
One of our buildings contains 12 apartments and is in the heart of Barcelona in its Raval district. The building is at 15 Calle Nou de la Rambla, a one minute walk from the famous Barcelona Ramblas, the place where everybody wants to be. The apartments are very close to the amazing La Boquería market, and a short walk to the Plaza Real and the Gran Teatre del Liceu opera house. You can get around Barcelona very easily using the underground system, with the closest station (Drassanes. Line 3) being just a 2 minute walk away. Crossing the Ramblas you can visit the “Barrio Gótico”, one of the most fascinating areas of Barcelona.
The building has ten 60m2 flats; each flat has two bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms and a dining room with a built in kitchen. There are also two 40m2 lofts which have 20 m2 roof terraces. The lofts have one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a dining room with a built in kitchen. The available space is fully utilised, with no corridors or halls, and effective use of lighting makes the rooms feel more spacious. Although they are independent of each other, the kitchen, dining room and living room form a single space. There are built in wardrobes in the bedrooms. In your home, you can have a bathroom with a shower or a bath tub, all totally new, and furnished with the towels you need and even a hairdryer. The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook at home. All the flats have microwave ovens, washer/dryer machines, dishwashers, vitro-ceramic hobs, fridges, coffee machines, toasters and juicers. All the apartments have free WIFI connections. All the apartments are stylish, with innovative and sophisticated details.
The building itself was fully restored in 2006 and was reopened in January 2007.
There is a lobby on the ground floor where you will be met on arrival and where you can leave your luggage.
